PERMA-WASH™ Disinfectant & Fungicide Interior Concentrate is a highly potent disinfectant, fungicide, virucide**, bactericide, mildewcide and mildewstat in one.

PERMA-WASH™ works rapidly and thoroughly to control mold & mildew on hard, non-porous surfaces in a single treatment - making it an ideal “first step” product for mold remediation and disaster restoration.

EPA-registered for mold & mildew control in residential, commercial, institutional and industrial settings, PERMA-WASH™ has exceptional disinfectant, cleaning and deodorizing properties. It eliminates odors and can be used as part of a preventive maintenance program at hospitals, medical offices, nursing homes and other facilities that require bacterial and virucidal control.

PERMA-WASH™ is ideal for use during new construction to control the growth of mold & mildew on building materials in high humidity areas. A potent biocide, it won’t discolor surfaces and is lower odor, less corrosive and less damaging than household bleach.

The concentrated formula - 1 gallon makes 5 gallons of solution - features unique Cryocide® disinfectant technology that’s exclusive to Zinsser and was developed by International Dioxide Inc., a Dupont Company.

When used in conjunction with PERMA-WHITE® Mold & Mildew-Proof™* Interior Paint or PERMA-GUARD™ Mold & Mildew-Proof™* Interior Sealer, PERMA-WASH™ is part of a total system that controls and prevents the growth of mold & mildew for 5 years, guaranteed.
